今まで聞けなかった前置詞の素朴な疑問：道具・手段の前置詞の攻略法

【道具・手段の前置詞の概念】
道具・手段の前置詞にはwith, byがあります。この二つの前置詞には道具や手段の名詞を伴って「〜によって」「〜で」の意味を持ちます。だだしこの二つには違いがあるので使い分けには注意が必要です。withは主に道具や体の一部を使う時に使います。そして後ろの名詞にはaやan、theといった冠詞がつきます。
一方、byは手段、特に交通手段、連絡手段の際に使われます。また動名詞が後ろに来る場合もあります。そして後ろの名詞には冠詞はつきません。

《例》道具の前置詞withの使い方
Could you write with this pen.
（このペンを使って書いてくれますか？）
She ate the cake with a fork.
（彼女はケーキをフォークで食べました。）
He created the document with his PC.
（彼はその文書を彼のパソコンで作りました。）

《例》手段の前置詞byの使い方
I’ll go by train.
（私は電車を使っていきます。）
I’ll send you the file by email.
（私はあなたにこのファイルをEメールで送りました。）
I go to school by car.
（私は車で学校にいきます。）
