【優越の前置詞の概念】
優越の前置詞にはabove, over, beyondがあります。どちらも優越の程度を表す前置詞ですが概念は若干、異なります。aboveはある基準より上位、高い位置にあり静止している意味合いを持ちます。一方でoverは覆い被さる、また動きを持った上位にある意味合いをもちます。beyondは範囲や境界線を超えてはるか先にある状態を意味します。実際の例文でイメージしてみましょう。
